Cancellations and Returns

Steady State Controls Ltd is a business-to-business (B2B) seller and therefore exempt from the Consumer Contracts (formerly Distance Selling) regulations and in any case, predominantly sells built-to-order/ custom-made products. By placing an order with Steady State Controls Ltd, you declare that you operate as a business entity. Accordingly, in no event shall orders be cancelled or refunds issued.
